The American Friends Service Committee-San Diego branch held many events on the evening of President Trump's State of the Union and if you were to go by the rules regulating partisanship in order to receive a nonprofit, tax-exempt status, it could be argued a line was crossed.
The former scandal-plagued IRS Commissioner John Koskinen was replaced by President Trump appointee David Kautter and he needs to initiate a full review of ALL nonprofits to assume the American people that those entities who've been granted tax-exempt status have not violated the very clear rules and engaged in blatant partisan politics. Some of these nonprofits have officials who've abused the generous donations of the public through vague mission statements, have enriched themselves personally, and their 990 forms should be reviewed. If they have crossed that partisan politics line, they should have to repay the taxes they were exempted from.

Free Republic isn't your hit farm.
One of the biggest abuses in America is allowing non profits to be political and still be a non profit!
If the following can be done, three good things will happen:
1. The political actions by the phony non profits will stop.
2. Our tax $’s will not be used to support the other side.
3. A lot of worthless liberals will lose their paychecks.
