True - but even better to release it 5 minutes before the State of the Union (or even during) - then Trump gets to talk about it and comment on it before even the media.

It should have been released immediately. Letting DOJ get involved and stringing this along doesn’t help. Just like leaving Strzok and Page in the FBI. All the time they need to coverup.
This could be another brilliant plan by Sessions. The only people who will lose is the US Citizens.
