It does, and stainless makes sense in that environment. Nothing sucks worse than that nasty surface rust that shows up on a nice firearm because it was wet and bloody in camp.
Concur on Super Blackhawk. The hammer shape and shroud for the ejector rod rule out a DA model.
Had a Bisley Hunter in .44 Mag, beat my hands to death with hot loads (used to a S&W N Frame grip), still have a numb spot on my thumb from pinching a nerve (and this was in 2006!)
