I am inclined to think that someone at the FBI (not THE FBI), who is part of the conspiracy, to this to Fusion GPS even though they probably did NOT have someone inside the Trump camp. But that made Fusion GPS even more likely to be accepting of false notions from various ‘sources’ that they could then include in their bogus report. This was all about creating a LIE.
