Depends on the "conspiracy" I guess. Some are real others are made up. When they're all lumped together into one pot you have to disregard the whole pot.

If you separate them you can analyze each one and decide if it has any logic to the story.

I've heard it said that people who believe in mythical sky gods have low self esteem.

I've heard it said that people who tattoo themselves and get body piercings have low self esteem.

I've heard it said that people with low self esteem think themselves better to judge others with low self esteem.

I just believe the correlations to be hogwash.
