I don’t like much Christmas music of the modern variety, but I do like some older stuff. Nat King Cole is great and my all time favourite for that sort of thing. He has just about the most beautiful voice:
And I love the Michael Crawford version of Oh Holy Night, too:
My daughter was craving the old stuff a couple of weeks back and found this one by Frank Sinatra:
And the other night, after hearing a piece by him outside at the credit union, I started listening to some Willie Nelson traditional Christmas music that was quite nice:
The Michael Crawford rendition of O Holy Night is probably the greatest Christmas song ever. All other artists attempts at this song are weak in comparison!
Probably one of the most beautiful songs ever written. Fall on your knees!
