Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz, who by the way is a well known Democrat, has said on Monday on Fox News? Channel’s “America’s Newsroom” that special counsel Robert Mueller has a credibility problem, and that’s quite big considering the source. Here’s Alan Dershowitz:
“I’m not a Republican, I’m a Democrat. I think he has a credibility problem. He should have been more careful about who he hired. He should have disclosed he had taken that FBI agent off the case after his messages came out. I think he has a credibility problem on these emails without a warrant. I think he has a credibility problem if he used the dossier in order to get national security wiretaps.”

I wonder if there are ANY other dems willing to state this obvious fact, or if there are any others that can even process the facts?

only the second President to be Impeached.
Dershowitz speaks honestly even when it rankles the left. If more willing were to do so, the political divide would narrow. It’s easier to compromise when the opposition is rational.
He is trying to redeem himself from his part in the O.J. debacle, perhaps?
I KNOW he has a credibility problem and has had one since 9/11.
Dershowitz tries to combine two opposite political positions.
Progressivism demands all power to the State.
Constitutional, limited government restricts the State.
He wants Progressivism with Constitutional restraints.
Lately, I’ve seen a lot of articles where “___X___ destroys ___Y___”. Enjoyable to watch for sure, but in the end it’s meaningless dribble that results in nothing changing.

depends on his purpose. I don’t think he has any intention of accusing Trump of anything at this point. His credibility would be a problem there and he would not want to have his actions scrutinized.
But, if his purpose is to allow Dems to claim “impeachment is coming” and “Muller is finding things”, and other statements like that, then his credibility is not a problem. As long as he keeps paying investigators, the Ds can claim there’s something to find and the D sheep can keep believing Trump is a criminal.

ANALYSIS Well finally. The nefarious nature of the so called “Russian dossier” has come to light, and its salacious (lewd and crude) allegations against President Trump will soon be shown for the slanderous falsehoods that they always were.
Potential charges include:

<><> making-up slanderous untrue allegations,
<><> participating in a slanderous action as the basis for a FISA warrant,
<><> filing false affidavits to the FiSA court,
<><> wire-tapping a candidate during an election,
<><>tapping phones at Trump’s business/residence
Yet, the most enormous among the felonies committed is withholding information from the FISA court-—to dupe the court into giving them the go-ahead to wire-tap.
The REAL problem is that the (faked) Trump dossier was represented to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC), as a genuine intelligence document.......used to get the go-ahead to conduct surveillance on individuals in the Trump campaign, and president Trump himself......and unmasking innocent citizens in the process, including General Kelly.
It is a felony to WITHHOLD info from the court to get the OK to surveil someone.
<><>Did UN Amb Power’s innumerable requests for a FISA warrant stipulate that Obama and his NSA adviser Susan Rice wire-tapped Trump Tower......while Trump was a candidate?
<><> Did Power’s obsessive requests stipulate that Obama’s CIA director Brennan used phony foreign intel as a pretext for a multi-agency investigation into candidate Trump?
<><> Did the request for a FISA warrant stipulate that phony foreign intel led the FBI to probe a computer server connected to candidate Trump (residing and conducting business in Trump Tower)?
<><> Did the request for a FISA warrant stipulate that foreign intel gave cover to Susan Rice’s sifting/unmasking operations?
I didn’t think so.
That truck will run out of gas in short order. Without something of substance regarding Trump and corruption this witch hunt will be disbanded.
That’s why I don’t like him, Mark. His Utopian vision does not comport with human nature.
Not only that, the only elected president to be impeached. Vice President Andrew Johnson became president when Lincoln was assassinated.
I'm thinking Dershowitz is trying to disarm both sides. That would of course benefit Hillary since Trump hasn't done anything wrong.
