The cartridge is fine. It’s the bullet that sucks. Green tip punches neat little holes in things. Push a 62 grain HP or SP at 2,900 fps and the results in soft tissue are quite different.
I have a couple thousand Lake City milsurp that’s fine for punching holes in paper. But for social work I crank out my own with a premium bullet.
