Wouldn’t deep state heads explode if Trump were to announce “Since I can’t personally withdraw the U.S. from the UN, I will instruct our ambassador to vote “present” at every meeting of the Security Council and she will always have no comment concerning all UN actions.”
I’m assuming he can’t withdraw with an executive order.

Good statement. A better statement would have been if the word “immigration” was replaced by “all”.
