But since you mentioned Muslims, one of the other types are overt religious persons who might come to a job interview with overt religious jewelry or symbols, mentioning prayers “I have been praying for a job”, “I will pray I get this job” “Since I have been born again, God is in control of my life” I will not work religious holidays. etc. The logic behind this is that those who are willing to discuss their religion openly in a business setting are also willing to use their religion to justify their actions and attitude in a professional setting. Many also believe because of their religion they are superior and do not have to answer to anyone but their deity. THE THIRD TYPE IS COMPLETELY OFF LIMITS.
