If this is true, then we are even more screwed than I already thought. Transferring someone to the HR department who is alleged to have had an inter-office sexual affair is pretty much the wrong place to transfer that person. Par for the course for the government though. Maybe Strzok will write a new procedure for how to deal with sexual harassment in the workplace. Instead of demoting or firing people, they can give them a promotion or raise. Oh wait, that would hardly be new either.
They don't do HR work. It is a holding tank while the problem is adjudicated. In the interim, the person may be detailed to other elements to do pedestrian things just to create the impression that they are earning their salaries.
