I live in New York. This bill will raise my taxes. But I am all in favor of it because it is the right thing to do. If the Democrats are going to classify every component of the tax code that lowers your taxes as a “subsidy” then SALT is the biggest subsidy in history, subsidizing high spending, waste and inefficiency.

Up in Canada, they have 'have' and 'have not' provinces. The haves(I believe only Ontario and Alberta) are required to send money to the other provinces. Quebec gets to have there little socialist paradise because of the subsidies it receives from the 'haves.' No need to be financial responsible when you have a sugar daddy.
Which Freeper here thinks this is fair to the financial responsible provinces of Alberta and Ontario? Which Freeper here says Quebec should get more just because they have a vacation home on the St. Lawrence?
