The good news I’ve been hearing is there are search and destroy teams in Afghanistan that have been green lighted to take out all the Taliban leadership. The military is running the show and no sticking lawyers mucking up everything.
The goal is take out all the leadership, and then make a trade deal with Afghanistan for their lithium batteries that we have in our smart phones, computers and tablets. That way we can drop money on them vs. bombs.
