This plan is worrying. The only factor that gives me hope is knowing the plan has become public knowledge. This has given agencies such as Homeland Security a chance to defensively prepare .
Just saw this last night - seems like other plans are afoot for this time period. Crappy timing, but then that is surely by Design of our Govt.
