An adjoining congressional district is “represented” by Cong. Alcee Hastings. He was impeached and removed from office as a federal judge, (but unfortunately not jailed,) after being caught in a long-running bribery scam.
One of his main campaign themes is that he knows how to “put one over on The Man,” because he did it for long as a judge!
(Wilson represents) the most heavily Democratic district in both Florida and the entire Southeastern United States.
