Sorry, but that is just legally impossible. The President has final determination of how to classify information or handle any classified information. By definition, if he decides to do it, it is legal.
I'm pretty sure the President can break the law regarding mishandling classified information. Whether he can retroactively declare it unclassified or not is not the subject of this blatant vanity though.
Let's play it out though: Calling such a mulligan would have little effect on the absolute blowing up of the country that the situation would lead to, if I am correct in my original tarmac theory.
"Yeah, Obama did it, but only Hillary is being indicted" might actually be worse, if Obama (theory on theory ) called a mulligan.
Point is, Obama did it, too, and Bill told Lynch: If you indict Hillary, she'll take Obama down with her." (my theory, anyway)
