There needs to be a system to report individuals like this.
Just to let you know, it is not unusual to see guardians, caregivers, foster parents (in some states), and others (like a friend when the card client is ill) pick up groceries. I did this myself for a family after the mother died. So things aren’t always what they appear.
Unfortunately it happens all the time, they flaunt what they do..no embarrassment at all cheating the system
