Her 2015 tax returns did show that she and Bill donated 9.8 percent of their income to charity, nearly all of which was to the Clinton Foundation
A couple days ago she said they donate 10 percent to charity. So after this 9.8 percent, the other .2 percent must be the value of Bill’s used underwear they donated. (I still can’t believe they did that!)
