These 23 major Las Vegas Strip hotels have no surveillance cameras in hotel hallways or elevator landings, an AP investigation found:
Aria
Ballys
Bellagio
Circus Circus
Cosmopolitan
Encore
Excalibur
Flamingo
Harrahs
Luxor
Mandalay Bay
If they don't it's probably because the high rollers don't want to have the prostitutes shown, and if he used the service elevator there would be a camera to prevent theft.
I call BS.
The source is the internet.
Not to add to the 4th floor shooter story but one of those hotel registration sites had a comment dated a few years ago stating the Mandalay’s windows had a small strip that allowed fresh air in.
Sorry, that was several days ago and I didn’t bother to bookmark it but it had been linked on FR.
