I am not a big fan of the FBI, but I have not seen *any* credible evidence that they are erasing cell phone recordings.
I have read Internet postings of reports of people telling other people that cell phones were erased.
Lets see one real person, with a name, file suit against the FBI for doing this illegal action.
It shouldn’t be that hard. It is done all over the country against police forces.
