This looks like muzzle flash coming from a helicopter over the Jason Aldean concert. Can anyone pull flight info?

In the youtube video I posted at 6:00 there is a nice video of the two helicopters in the sky flying over the top of one another near the hotel.
I do not know what to make of that at all.

At 16:25 the kid seems to think one of the shooters was the plane "right behind us." Again, I'm not saying if he is right or not but it's interesting.

I guess there were some hits clear down on the back side of the concert area that can’t be explained yet. Can’t rule anything out at this point yet.

First ten seconds is where it’s seen.

I’m wondering what building is to the left of the chopper; (the Mandalay is further to the left of that building).

The one with the spires, and under the chopper is a parking structure.
