If it was a strobe light from the fire alarm system, the entire floor and hallway would be involved, not just one room.

My recollection of being in hotels when the strobes went off, it is not continuous. The strobe flashes for 3-4 times, then stops, then starts up again. Otherwise you would be disoriented.

On other videos, the flashes synch with the sound closely.

Shts from a second location would totally change the narrative.

Watch the video again. The strobe continues to flash even when there is no shots being fired.

I never said it was from a fire alarm, and neither did the officer that reported it on the scanner recording, he only pointed out that it was a strobe light and not muzzle flashes.
