In my mind they are the same: Politicians, and they lie all the time!!! Well of course. Politicians have been liars since the time of the Tower of Babel. Prevarication is practically one of the job requirements - perfectly honest men and women are soon weeded out of a kakisocratic system. Once needs to develop an understanding of the varying degrees of deception in a politician.
