BTT. This one is very good. I have, for example, when I ask to speak with a person “in charge” expected to see anything other than someone who might be in charge, and if that individual happens to be the Director of Diversity or the Equal Opportunity Programs Coordinator, that individual won’t look like me. This is certainly racial bias, yes, but it isn’t mine.
