Yes, this poor young man was tormented by demons. He did not know it but that torment led him to seek his own death.
Unfortunately, he found death before he found Christ.
The demons won.
Demons flooded the earth in New Testament times. Today, even Scripture-based believers have forgotten this, and seem to think Satan’s minions now leave us alone, while various psychoses and neuroses are the primary causes of madness and immorality.
