Why did the FBI change their mind about e-mail release?

They got permission from the "Uni-Party" to do it! And why did the "Uni-Party" do that?

Hillary's disastrous book tour and the increasing negative polling could cast a shadow on the "Uni-Party" and they want her to go away. And how can they make her go away?

By increasing the pressure for a criminal/federal prosecution... resulting in a pardon from Trump (who doesn't want a 3rd world prosecution of losing candidate) which will have conditions to limit her public appearances and opinions.
