Hitler’s original choice of titles for his book was, “Four and a Half Years of Struggle against Lies, Stupidity and Cowardice.” (His publisher shortened it to, My Struggle.) Maybe Hillary could rename her book, ‘My Two Year Struggle against My Health, My Psyche, and My Tone Deaf Instincts.’
