Trump's legislative affairs director has given up all leverage by telling the press that the White House is not demanding wall funding for Amnesty for DACA recipients, saying the administration is “most interested in getting border security” and that Trump believes a barrier “is important to that equation of border security.”
“Whether or not that is part of a DACA equation or whether or not that’s another legislative vehicle — I don’t want us to bind ourselves into a construct that makes reaching a conclusion on DACA impossible,” Short said during a breakfast.

Meanwhile, Schumer and Pelosi are cheering the White House surrender. They can already see Trump and the Republicans abandoning the wall and giving into amnesty with no crackdown on illegal aliens or real increased border security.
"That's a very, very good thing and good progress," Schumer said. "I've told him (Trump) over and over again. At one point he said, 'go easy on the wall.' I said no."
"Look, I made it so, so clear to the president that there's not going to be a wall in the appropriations process or in others," Schumer added.
“We’ve been very clear: There is no wall in our DACA future. It’s just not going to happen,” Pelosi said in a small roundtable with reporters, recounting her conversations with Trump. “I think it’s immoral, I think it’s expensive and ineffective. And so we’re not going to that place.”
‘You pass it, I’ll sign it, I want some border stuff.’ That’s what he said,” Pelosi recounted. “We always want border stuff, so that’s not a problem. Especially with all the technologies.”
These are the same people who are often protesters holding the Mexican flag and who are offended by our flag. They love that Mexican flag, demand to speak Spanish and send money to Mexico, how is that not a connection?

There are many examples of European who immigrated LEGALLY to the USA and stayed, didn’t like it, and went back home WITH THEIR CHILDREN. So this bleeding heart crap is BS.
I am not all that confident about Trump’s moves here although I am enjoying the cutting off the congressional republicans at the knee regarding DACA and Debt Ceiling. I have this awful feeling that Trump will sign a legislative DACA if congress can ever get the bill to him. If they do, that will rip down any illusions about the Republicans and what their priorities are.

I doubt the law would be written in a form that covers only this type of population ( and I am thinking you would be OK with 5 years or more contiguous enrollment in a US school K-12). There will probably be no verification requirement such that any young illegal would qualify.
