1. He sucks.
2. He distracts from the business brand.
He’s bad business all the way. Who’d hire a trouble maker that distracts from the organization’s mission? He’s a childish imbecile who hasn’t gotten this yet. Good enough for him.
He’s not playing because he’s a devout Christian and because York used him as a scapegoat. Other player who knelt are still plsying, so it isn’t that. But others who were Christian were blacklisted.
No playing because he quit his original contract and has turned down multiple contracts since then. From reports there is work out there if he wants it. Shame he screwed up and is not worth as much to anyone as before, plus undesirable because of his anti-American activities and comments. If he wants to work, he’ll have to take what is offered, otherwise find a new career (better choice as he’s blown this one.)
The reason Kaepernick isn’t on a team is because he decided to opt-out of his 49ers contract.
Had he not done that, odds are he’d still be with them.
“And Kaepernick just isn’t good enough to be worth the headaches.”
He is not responsible for the headaches. He is causing aches at the other end where the owner’s wallets are kept. Since this started, attendance and profits took a nose dive directly related to it. And nobody is good enough to be worth a loss in incoming cash like this. It isn’t that complex.

The reason Colin Kaepernick is not an NFL QB is because he can’t play the position well enough to be worth the headaches induced by his idiotic political shenanigans.
Personally, I would have loved to have gone to one of these protests with a camera and survey the protesters about who they think will win this year’s Super Bowl - the Cavaliers or the Cubs.
Spike Lee ought to hire CK - put him in one of his movies
and quit demanding what other business owners should do.
The fundamental reason CK is not signed as a starting quarterback,as he believes he should be, is because he is a one dimensional player whose only skill is the read option offense that defenses have caught up with. When forced to stay in the pocket he takes too long to go through his progressions and get the ball away with his long delivery motion resulting in sacks, hurries, blocked or tipped passes and scrambling runs. If he were a good quarterback all of his SJW routine would be swept under the carpet and ignored.
Here's my simple reason: "Not a team player."
3. “Re-invest” money into the kinds of organizations of what my buddy The Destroyer of Colons dubbed “The Nonprofit/NGO Industrial Complex”, which he defines as “Jobs programs for Lefties when there’s not a Democrat in office”
Your buddy is a burrito del grande from Taco Bell?
I watched the Pats/Chiefs game last night. Alex Smith was very good.
It’s hard to believe that he lost his job to Kaepernick. The 49’ers really made what turned out to be an awful choice.
Out in the woods, we sum it up in fewer words. He’s a dumbass!
If he weren’t, he’d still be playing. Simple as that.
It is his right to do what he did but it’s also his right to accept the consequences of his actions if his boss is not happy with it. In a right to work state he would have simply been handed his paycheck and let got with no fuss or muss.
Actions have consequences. Some are good and some; not so much.
2 and 14 in 2016?
There is no colusion or blackballing going on. NFL owners just do not see any return on investment with this guy. Why would you pay millions of dollars to LOSE audience and fans? The people who support him are either already fully saturated fans of football or not fans of football, but they will not add anything significant to the bottom line of the team that signs him, compared to the loss of business from people who love their country.
The NFL isn’t a sport. It’s first a business and secondly entertainment. This guy is bad for business because the NFL’s customers don’t find him to be entertaining.
98% of the revenue for the NFL comes from WHITE PEOPLE, and the vast majority of them simply want to watch football, and are disgusted when politics (of any kind) intrudes.
The owners should know this, but apparently do not. Now they are learning this the hard way...as they face BILLIONS in losses and quite possibly the demise of the entire sport.
Perhaps next time they should listen to some of us on the right, and not immediately think that just because we agree with Rush that we are Brain-Dead Robots.
I’d “Stand with Kaepernick” if the dude was standing.
But it’s not just TV ratings that are hurting. The secondary market of sports bars is taking a hit as well.
