And it apparently doesn’t matter that Martin was on top of Zimmerman pounding his head into the sidewalk.
The essential ingredients were a dishonest and ambitious state prosecutor, a corrupt and duplicitous federal administration, and the usual race agitators.
To his credit, Mr. Zimmerman probably saved his own bacon by going against the typical advice, and being as helpful as possible to the local police, even taking them on a walk-through of the events. This was critically important to him later, because he had convinced the local police of his innocence.
What happened was that when the state and federal police descended with orders to persecute Zimmerman, their first stop was to coordinate with the local police, who were very clear to them about Zimmerman being innocent.
After this, the odds of Zimmerman being railroaded dropped to almost nothing, long before the trial. Despite the high level state and federal forces arrayed against him.
Even after the state trial, the federal agents working at the behest of the Justice Department realized that not only wasn’t it going to happen, but that it shouldn’t.
Young black men who attack armed men and make them believe they want to kill them get shot.

BLM is the propaganda arm of the militant black separatist movement.
They already have 37 chapters in the US and Canada and it is their primary mission to remove or render powerless the police.
This is why people must arm themselves and understand criminal law. When the police removed or rendered powerless by terrorist groups like BLM/Antifa (Antifa is just the cannonfodder proxies of BLM) then the average citizen is going to have to be law enforcement.
The problem with blackness as found in the popular / left-leaning culture is that the exact same theory of race — that the color of skin says so etching ineffable about who a person is, can be, or indeed even should be — that was once used against blacks (to keep them out) is now being used by blacks against other blacks (to keep them in as well as encourage and accelerate race radicalism).
And leftist non-blacks have been all too eager to give ear and place to every whiff of this doctrine because for whites it means guilt and culpability just because they are white. Liberal whites thus get to prejudge themselves morally superior to any non-PC whites and they even get to be bigoted against blacks, just on the terms the race radicals advance, and judge them too based on race (does anyone think being judged a victim jest because is harmless or that it doesn’t come still weighted with the detritus of presumed inferiority?).
Between the Marxist underpinnings and rampant No True Scotsman fallacies (and Only True Scotsmen fallacies?) the capacity for clear thought is eroded and instead the polar opposite of King’s I Have A Dream speech is advanced.

More often than not, people get racially stirred up because someone wants them stirred up and Trayvon gave "them", those who do the stirring, a crisis opportunity they didn't let got to waste. Same with the "gentle giant" in Mo.

Sad to say it, but virtually every political solution to solving the perceived racial inequality issues have only perpetuated the common negative stereotypes instead.
For example, affirmative action serves as a formal, legal admission that a black man or woman can get into a school or get a job without GovCo's help.
The rest of God's creation is fine, but you, black man, and you, black woman, you're just not good enough to make it here without government help. And worse, to say otherwise is racist! Dear God, please help US.
Another example is how this nation can't have Voter ID laws because they are somehow racist against black men and women. Seriously?!? What does that say about black men and black women and exactly who is saying it???
