The process of becoming a liberal begins in late childhood when a person decides, in their own mind, that they can anchor their personal reality in their thoughts and emotions rather than in the outside world. The world of a liberal is one where reality is whatever they desire it to be, at least in their thoughts.
The outside world, in all its aspects, becomes source of things from which the liberal can decorate and incorporate in their inner world. The inner world of the liberal mind can accept an reject any aspect of reality they please. Because of this reality itself is malleable and plastic, ever being morphed towards the things they desire and away from the things they dislike.
The liberal mind lies to itself, so of course it also lies to everyone else. The truth becomes something to avoid because it forces the liberal mind to deal with or accept information or constraints that it does not accept.
No person who love lies and who is hostile to truth can inherit the Kingdom of God. But if there is no God, then that is a moot point, and a good lie is just as valid as solid truth.
