Watching a video where he drove down a crowded street when he could easily have avoided that street and gone down an unoccupied one (in a perpendicular direction) as seen from the situation at the end of his “retreat”.
Who in their right mind would want to drive their car through a demonstration?
Of course the VSP should have had that part of that street blocked off.
I haven’t seen videos that are conclusive of the claim he was going 40 miles per hour.
I personally wouldn’t base a judgment off that...he was probably not familiar at all with the area, and one street probably looked like another to him.
