Bottom line NFL Teams do not want their dollars to dry up. Kap’s protesting the U.S. Flag during the game was a distraction of GIGANTIC proportions. Kap’s action caused teams to treat him like kryptonite. So Kap is now Kraptonite. He has the right to protest all he wants and at the same time, the owners have a right to protect their investment all they want. It is like if tell customers during working hours my political stances no matter how polarizing they may be to the customers. My boss would throw me head first out of our building... End of story... No racism here folks, just PURE ignorance on Kaepernick.

Funny, I don't hear people crying over the advertisers who dropped Kathy Griffin! And WHY did they drop her from their brand(s)? Because she would COST THEM MONEY!
All these idiots can scream, cry, whine and moan, but the bottom line is simple: he is too much financial trouble when compared to what he might produce on the field! Hell, Michael Vick was a MUCH MORE TALENTED QB, and it took him a while to regain his footing into the league, because teams didn't want the side-show issues that could/would come with having him on the team!
Colin had a right to express his feelings (since apparently that is one of the very few times the NFL will allow you to show emotions on the field) - PERIOD!
But owners have a right to protect their investments and their teams from this distraction - PERIOD!
And MOST IMPORTANTLY, if there is a color barrier that is causing owners to not sign Colin Kaepernick, it is GREEN!
