OK, I’m all for a term limit constitutional amendment if it’s done right.

But that still can’t replace the American people waking up and grabbing hold of THEIR freedom, THEIR Constitution, and THEIR freedom.

After all these bums must be elected. An awake populace will throw the bums out without term limits and one way or the other, that is what needs to happen.

An "awake" population is at best a small minority. We already have near 50% who derive their living from the government. Those people will vote for more government no matter what as will the portion of the Left that does not get its living directly from the government. Some things that could be done but it would take a dictator to do them is repeal of the 16th,17th, and 19 Amendments, total elimination of federal government involvement in education at all levels, including research grants, total separation ofthe FG from all facets of Medicine and Insurance.

Education is critical. only a tiny minority of people under 60 years old has ever had any exposure in the schools to History and Reasoning and Grammar, all of which are necessary to think critically and to have the resources in your brain to know what to think about. Not knowing history people are open to any insane system that politicians can make to sound good. Not knowing history prevents a sense of time and results. No one can see that harebrained schemes like socialism have always failed in the past. The inevitable failure of individual socialist schemes does not impinge on the mind because there is no connection of cause and effect if they are separated by more than a year or less.
