>You can’t go by 2016 results when predicting 2018 elections. Trump was an unknown campaigner in 2016, and many Republicans, swayed by the constant media attacks, left the presidential ballot blank and only voted for their down-ballot reps.

Urban myth. 92% of Republicans voted Trump. That’s essentially the same as Romney and McCain had.

92% of Dems voted Hillary, btw.

This mythical stuff about who abandoned who is an example of anecdotes overwhelmed by numbers. George Will loudly opposed Trump. 92% of the GOP did not, and that is the usual number.

That “give conservatism a try because it wins every time it’s tried” stuff IS WRONG. PROVEN WRONG. Sharon Angle was the right wing hard core type that Harry Reid owed his last term to. Any reasonable GOP candidate would have taken him out. She lost. She was too conservative for a left moving state.

No, the urban myth is that there are left-moving states.

You are falling prey to the media megaphone.

In reality, only 25% of the populace is rabidly anti-Trump. The media megaphone makes it appear to be much more. This is what you are falling for.

Votes are a different story, as we saw November 8, 2016.

Quit with the chicken-little stuff. Be confident that we will win in a nationwide “Trump referendum”!
