Here in coastal NC summer is miserable. High humidity and temps in the 90's.
I went to Texas one time and it was around 100*. Felt great! No humidity.
Dunno bout 120* tho'. d:^)

Its hell here in Ga, in the summer, super damn humid and HOT!! I cant imagine a worse place to be. The fall and spring are perfect though... walking around naked wouldnt help you here. I can be standing in my garage just hanging out and be totally covered in sweat.. YUCK!

Yup, humidity is the key. Same as in winter. Dry cold is much better. Loved Chicago. Love the winter. I’ll be heading south to NC again in a while because son and wife are there. The slower (except for young Marines in town) life and more polite life makes up for any humidity but it’s still less at the coast than farther (further?) in.

My ideal would be in the Rockies, second the desert, third the coast, last any city with pop over 100k. Improvise, adapt, overcome. :) And always take your camera.
