Just about any government has the innate power to ‘condemn’ private real property. Just so long as they pay fair market value for it.

Corbyn is talking confiscation without compensation. He is a hard core leftist. He almost won. I fear Britain is doomed!

I lived their in the seventies and it was a lovely place. Outside of London and the major metropolitian areas it still is. I still like London to only view its great museums. I desire nothing else in London, as it is no longer British.

In 1976 to 1979 I would have desired to live no where else in the world except London. That is no longer the case. London is lost and I fear Britain also.

Sort of like the U.S. considering most cities.

My grandfather lived on Great West Road in 1970. Having lost his fortune “to the ponies”, he explored renting out an upstairs bedroom. Government required that he accept the first applicant to appear at his door, so he and his 2nd wife pulled their winter clothing closer.
