“”[t]he duty to provide public services is owed to the public at large, and, absent a special relationship between the police and an individual, no specific legal duty exists”. The Court thus adopted the trial court’s determination that no special relationship existed between the police and appellants, and therefore no specific legal duty existed between the police and the appellants.”
Interesting.... Crime in FL has increased, but not near as bad as some areas like places in SC, GA, and TN.....much due to illegals, or liberal policies.
I still have friends in that community. Did you read link I posted on Port Canaveral? Expect problems in Brevard County, FL due to what Obama and Hillary did during his Presidency!
