It's the behavior that makes the difference, and which raises people's hackles. Sean_Anthony has been posting about a dozen articles a day from Canada Free Press for years, with nary a comment or reply. That's mighty curious for any Freeper, especially considering that:
1. That site is heavily monetized.
2. It's the only site he posts content from.
3. It is literally ALL he does on Free Republic.
It doesn't take a genius to figure out that he's using FR as a fishing hole, and using excerpts from CFP as bait. Its why he posts so many links per day to that site, and why he never responds or comments. In my opinion, it's only about the clicks to him, which put money in his pocket.
If S_A had been posting full content (and perhaps just once in a while acted like he respected his audience here at FR by means of a reply/comment) then it’s pretty much a certainty that this whole brourhaha would never have occurred.

What is worrisome is that S_A falsely claimed he excerpted only due to “FR rules”.
And he had an echo defend it.
I guess we’ll see if S_A cynically has CFA request to be on the “Excerpt or link only” list just to be a jerk about it.
All the laughs are on you. I’m not Sean_Anthony. I don’t know Sean_Anthony. I don’t run sockpuppets, never have, never will. Jim knows this.
I and others, including Jim, like Canada Free Press links here. Watch the comments, the majority of members comment on the content. It’s a very small minority of whiners who don’t. Jim set it straight, Sean and Canada Free Press will stay.
It is what it is. Learn to live with it.
You act like you speak for a majority but you don’t. A small minority are irked, that is an objective observable fact. A majority comment on the content of the Canada Free Press links. If you noticed others besides me want the whiner’s drama over because they like the content of Canada Free Press on FR. Obviously Jim wants the drama over too when he unequivocally said Sean_Anthony and Canada Free Press are welcome. Accept it.
What is most curious is your peculiar emotional attachment to Sean_Anthony despite your vehement protestations to the contrary.
No matter, we'll continue to block Sean_Anthony's efforts to post his CFR excerpts from this point forward. If it causes "his" Free Republic fishing expeditions to begin losing $$, oh well, too bad.
Sean_Anthony's days of excerpting CFR on Free Republic are over. Accept it.
What’s the dumbest about this last fit of whining is that a some of them are convinced I am Sean_Anthony because I was defending Sean posting links to Canada Free Press here, and Sean and I registered on FR the same week. They still think we are the same person, even after Jim’s posts. What a laugh riot.
Now I understand how people can actually believe Trump/Russia collusion without factual data. It’s conclusion based on speculation and assumption, using a data set that is very limited. Conclusions like that are usually fatally flawed. One simple fact destroys them.

Neither Dynoman nor anyone else can show me “Canada Free Press” in that list.
And since it isn’t, well.. that means excerpting is not needed.
The content is *not* the issue.
The lack of content (and comment) is the issue.

And, again, the issue is not content, but the unnecessary excerpts.
You’re really worked up over being caught out there admitting you were defending blog pimping right after saying you weren’t.
I’m not defending blog pimping, that’s another imaginary strawman on your part. I’m calling out your pathetic whining bitching and moaning about excerpted articles. Go after all of the excerpts posted from sites with ads or shut up. Sean’s been around for 13 years in spite of all the complaints, that should tell you something.
