They don't look much like the people he is sending north to disrupt the Texas Legislature.
Look at the ruling class in Meh-e-coh. They are all of European decent and a closed group. Class members that socialize, marry or work outside the class with “brownies” (full or mixed indian) are shunned as outcasts.
It is not common to just Meh-e-coh. Look at the other countries in Central and South America and you will see the same.
