I do know better.
“Not an excerpt”
Point out for me what is so hard to understand about that?
“Not interested in driving our traffic to your blog”.
Again, what is so hard about that?
Point it out.
The exact words that are incomprehensible.
Please.
No you don’t know better what I think than I do.
If you have a problem with Sean relative to the guideline quotes you posted take it up with Jim, I didn’t write the guidelines, and have no authority in implementing them.
I don’t think Canada Free Press is a blog per the definition used in the guidelines when they were written. Certainly not a blog any more than the other sites I’ve listed. If Canada Free Press is banned they would all have to be banned.
A blog is where an author writes their own commentary. Sean doesn’t do that. The guidelines refer to using blog sites like wordpress, Canada Free Press doesn’t. The fact Sean hasn’t been zotted in spite of all the complaining supports my reasoning and interpretation of the guidelines more than yours.
In the end neither of our opinions matter very much, it’s up to the Management here to run FR how they see fit. They have allowed Sean to post excerpts from Canada Free Press articles. That is fine with me. If they decide to ban excerpts from Canada Free press, it’s fine with me. What’s not fine is all the off content bitching whining and moaning from self appointed puffed up blog pimp police. I’d guess Jim is as sick of it as anyone. Especially when the majority of posters comment on content on the Canada Free Press excerpt threads, the majority aren’t complaining.
