You are wrong that they are very similar but I am perfectly fine that you don’t want to live in a townhome because of a shared walls. The two things are not mutual exclusive despite you acting like they are.

When it's all boiled down, it's all apartment style living. Call them apartments, condos or townhomes...Call them what ya want, it don't matter to me. I call them all civilian barracks with nice facades.☺
