It was probably the guy in charge of the State Department climate change office, the ones who negotiated this Paris piece of garbage. They were unhappy.
Our media is so far down the toilet at this point I don’t think they actually bother with sources. I think they make up what they want and claim sources.
Journalism no longer means investigate, verify, and source news. I am convinced one reporter makes up a story and the rest repeat it. That is what passes for news these days.
