That isn’t a Medical Doctor, it’s an Optician.

An Opthamologist is a Medical Doctor who can treat a Tumor on the Eye. Opticians, not so much...

It’s like saying a Chiropractor can perform Back Surgery.

OK, somebody clear this up. Different “Doctor”?
