I know those back roads. 15yr resident. 1985-2000.
I managed to get to every county.
I wouldn’t dare today. Places like Harshaw and Washington Camp would be dangerous.
I camped on the Rim quite a bit at Horseshoe Vista off the Gen. Crook trail.
Oh well, I’m back east now. Arizona is a fascinating state.
