Carlson believes that there is something called Climate Change, but that it is not totally anthropogenic. Humans might affect climate locally or even regionally, but not globally. There are other factors at play, which Carlson tries to nail down.
Carlson in the interviews I have heard believes that the whole Global Warming charade is just that...a charade and a scam. There are bigger fish to fry in his opinion.
