Justice Thomas may still be traumatized by the ‘Anita Hill’ fake scandal. Just because most of us have forgotten about it, I doubt if he ever will. I get the impression, Justice Thomas has been in ‘survival mode’ since then. I doubt he would want such a position that requires someone to become publicly assertive and confrontational.
