With this kind of behavior, to call him a SEAL suggests that the organization at least passively gives assent to it. I personally doubt very much that this is their attitude. Not only the SEAL component, but the whole Department should henceforth actively withhold their titles “Navy” and “SEAL” from connexion with the name of this depraved miscreant, IMHO.
I prefer to call him what he is, a PIMP and one of the worst kind.......

there are at least two questions....
1. why would the guy want to do those things and
2. why would he FILM them, for goodness’ sakes!?????
I mean,
he should not want to do those things in the first place, they are harmful obviously to children... he needs to learn to confine his urges into lawful channels
of course.
but on top of everything he did wrong, he FILMED it?
I mean, its a NO-BRAINER that just makes his eventual capture and punishment 1,000 times more likely...
I don’t get it at all, frankly.
There are people whose sexual preferences are deemed unacceptable by society, we all realise this.
BUT TO FILM HIMSELF breaking those societal norms/laws?
This seems to be a recent sociological trend, for more and more criminals (not just sexual violators) to film themselves (or knowingly let themselves be filmed by the all-too-ubiquitous cameras we now have to endure in our daily lives)
I just don’t get it.
Maybe...here’s an idea....not a really good idea but it does contain a kernal of a possible benefit....
we could just let anyone who wants to be sent to jail....
go to jail, on request. Sort of like where fire departments or hospitals accept abandoned children ... with no punishment of the parents.
At least some of the crimes would be short-circuited, not committed. In this case, innocent kids would have been left alone.
