You can get married in the USA without the state. In a church. But you do eventually need a marriage license or you can’t get married.
HOWEVER, IF YOU WANT A DIVORCE, you have to go through the courts. You cannot avoid it, government forces you to do this. You cannot sidestep government to get divorced.
Why? Because government (courts, court appointed experts) and the lawyers make over 50 BILLION DOLLARS off divorcing people/families every year.
You can get married in ten minutes in Vegas and government has nothing to do with it. Yet you want a divorce, government steps in, raids your assets, and often encourages the spouses animosity through a protracted legal battle, and usually screws the guy because of its massive paternalistic/pro-woman pro-hypergamy foundation.

Women are ASS-U-MEd to be the best parent, regardless of facts. The entire system is designed to screw over men.
For example, men are forced to pay child support for children they did not father. Women are rewarded for duping their husbands, regardless of what the DNA tests say. That’s just one obvious example.
But this was the goal of Marxist feminists — drive a wedge between men and women, destroy the family, prevent Europeans from breeding. Then they’ll be forced to bring in migrants.
