President Donald Trump said on Thursday he does not see a role for the United States in Libya apart from defeating Daesh militants.
“I do not see a role in Libya. I think the United States has right now enough roles. We’re in a role everywhere. So I do not see that,” Trump said during a joint news conference with Italian Prime Minister Paolo Gentiloni.
“I do see a role in getting rid of ISIS [Daesh], we’re very effective in that regard … I see that as a primary role and that’s what we’re going to do, whether it’s in Iraq, or Libya or anywhere else,” Trump said, using an acronym commonly used to refer to the Daesh.
/POL/ reports on Twitter that the US is hunting down a North Korean sub off the coast of California.
Anyone else hear anything about this?
Anti-ISIS plan:
- stop sending them funds
- stop sending them weapons
- stop supporting their allies
- stop attacking their enemies
- stop senior Senators from going into theatre to offer their leaders moral support, aid, comfort, birthday parties (etc)

I was willing to bet that President Trump did not use the term “Daesh”. ISIS yes, Daesh no.

Might have been nice for us not to have installed them in Libya the first place. All of the CIA and State people who did that SHOULD NOT be part of the solution.

I say if its underwater, just go ahead and sink it. If anyone complains, say we have no clue what may have happened.
